Matthew 16:18 Jesus stated to Peter that He would build His church, and that the gates of hell will not prevail against it. And He did just as He said, by sending the Holy Spirit upon His apostles on the Day of Pentecost just after His crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension to the Throne of Heaven. In Romans 16:16 the apostle Paul refers to the church that Jesus built as "the churches of Christ." Since Jesus built only one church and it only belongs to Him, we have dedicated this web site to His church, or as He might say - "My Churches of Christ".
Welcome to the web site that is dedicated to only His church and none other...because there is no other. |

We are currently renovating this website to improve its functionality. While we are doing so, you can continue to enjoy many of the articles of the old website http://mychurchesofchrist.org/mychurchesofchrist/ We are transforming the old html based website to a php based content management system (also known as a CMS). Since it will take some time to transfer all of the artlicles from the html site, our primary priority is to transfer historic articles and newest articles freshly submitted. The website navigation is also being overhauled, but the articles will not get lost in the process - that is what is great about a CMS. |
